By participating in The R Collective Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Membership is available to customers who have received treatment or purchased products at The R Clinic.
- Employees of The R Clinic and their immediate family members are not eligible to earn rewards.
- Membership is limited to one account per individual.

The R Collective is a four-tier loyalty program designed to reward customer engagement and spending. Members are
classified into tiers based on their annual spend:
- R Circle (Tier 1) $0 – $2,999 Spend-based rewards only
- R Signature (Tier 2) $3,000 – $5,999 Spend-based rewards + Giveback Services & Inclusions
- R Luxe (Tier 3) $6,000 – $9,999 Spend-based rewards + Enhanced Giveback Services
- R Privé (Tier 4) $10,000+ upfront/annual commitment Exclusive Giveback Services worth up to 30% of spend

Tier status is maintained on a rolling 12-month basis from the date the tier is achieved.
Members must meet annual spend thresholds to retain tier status.
Tiers may be recalculated at any time based on spending activity.
4. Earning Rewards

Members earn cashback credits (“Credits”) based on spend at The R Clinic:
- $1 spent = 1 point
- 20 points = $1 credit (5% return)
Credits accrue on qualifying purchases including in-clinic treatments and products.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits expire 12 months after the date they are earned if not redeemed.
Members can track accrued credits via the online booking system or by contacting The R Clinic.
No-Show / Cancellation Policy: If a client books an appointment with a deposit but is a no-show or cancels outside of the clinic’s cancellation period, The R Clinic reserves the right to retain the deposit as a no-show fee. Points associated with that deposit will not be added to the member’s rewards balance.
5. Giveback Services

Tier 2 and above unlock “Giveback Services”, providing non-monetary, experiential or clinical rewards.
Giveback Services include, but are not limited to:
- Laser and light therapies
- Skin health treatments (chemical peels, skin needling, SkinBoosters, PRP)
- Birthday treatments
- Annual skin analysis / VISIA imaging
- Priority booking, event invitations, and VIP sales access
- Bring-a-Friend LED sessions
Giveback Services are redeemable subject to availability and clinic capacity. Certain services may have restrictions (e.g., redeemable Mon–Thu only).
Members are responsible for booking Giveback Services. Concierge assistance is available for Tier 3 and Tier 4 members to plan redemptions.
Giveback Services are not exchangeable for cash or transferable

Credits can be redeemed towards full-price treatments and products.
Redemption is subject to clinic availability and standard booking procedures.
Certain Giveback Services may have annual limits per tier as outlined in the Giveback Services Matrix.

Tier progression is based on total qualifying spend over a 12-month rolling period.
Members may be moved down a tier if annual spend falls below the threshold.
Tier advancement and adjustments are determined at the sole discretion of The R Clinic.

The R Clinic reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or tiers at any time.
- Change reward values, spending thresholds, or Giveback Services.
- Cancel or freeze membership for suspected fraud or misuse.
Notice of significant changes will be provided via email, website, or in-clinic communication.

Rewards, points, and Giveback Services have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.
The R Clinic is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or unauthorized access affecting membership or rewards.
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled according to The R Clinic’s Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The R Clinic is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in the Program.
The R Clinic’s liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the value of the rewards or services at issue.

How do I join THE R COLLECTIVE?
Joining is automatic. All clients are enrolled into The R Collective when they make their first eligible purchase or treatment at The R Clinic.
Is it free to join?
Yes! R Circle membership is completely free. There are no sign-ups or ongoing fees.
How do I earn rewards?
Every $1 you spend earns 1 point. For every $1,300 spent (approximately 3 visits), you earn $65 in clinic credit, which is a 5% return on your spend.
How do I view my points and rewards balance?
Balances can be viewed on your email confirmations, receipts, and invoices. For real-time tier status or rewards balance updates, please contact our team at contact@rclinic.com.au
How do I move up tiers?
Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend. Once you reach the next spend threshold, you will automatically move up and unlock the additional benefits associated with that tier.
How is my tier status calculated?
Tier status is determined by your total eligible spend over a rolling 12-month period, calculated from the date you first reach a tier threshold.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. Points and rewards credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Unused rewards will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Can I use my rewards on any treatment or product?
Yes. Rewards credits can be applied to full-priced treatments, services, and products at The R Clinic, subject to availability and standard booking conditions.
Can I use rewards with promotions or discounts?
No. Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, sale pricing, or discount code
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points and rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be shared or sold.
Are Giveback Services guaranteed?
Giveback Services are subject to availability, annual limits, and booking conditions. Some services may have weekday-only or off-peak redemption conditions.
Can rewards be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or vouchers?
No. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or gift vouchers
What are Giveback Services?
Giveback Services are complimentary or bonus experiences available to R Signature, R Luxe, and R Privé members. These include selected treatments, birthday rewards, priority booking, events, and other exclusive inclusions based on your tier.
What is R Privé?
R Privé is our elite VIP tier for clients who commit $10,000 or more annually or upfront. Members receive up to $3,000 in additional service value, priority access, bespoke experiences, and personalised support.
How do I redeem my rewards or Giveback Services?
Rewards credits can be applied at checkout when booking or paying for your treatment.
Giveback Services can be booked with our team, and R Privé and R Luxe members may access concierge support for personalised planning.
Can my tier be downgraded?
Yes. If your rolling 12-month spend falls below your current tier threshold, your tier may adjust accordingly at the next review period.
Can The R Clinic change the program?
The R Clinic reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue The R Collective program, tiers, rewards, or inclusions at any time. Any major changes will be communicated where possible.
